The Women’s Leadership Forum is a group within Heineken USA in efforts to improve overall employee satisfaction of the women in the company. We were asked to create a new logo for them. One of the things they provided was a list of their four core values. I focused on these values while creating the logo, which includes an icon that is composed of four separate circles to represent each value. Ideally, this icon could be used on it’s own as a design aspect for the group, and shown with the word mark when necessary.
